Herbal Bath Tea No. 3: Breathe

Scoop 4-5 spoonfuls into reusable tea bag and tie strings into a knot. Hang tea bag from tap and fill tub with warm water, allowing tea bag to stay submerged under water to steep while bathing.

When finished, empty used contents into organics bin, and hang tea bag to dry.
