  1. How do I use your website to order products? 

  2. First, review our Terms & Conditions and Privacy & Security statements. If you agree to them, proceed to creating an account on the My Account page. 

    Once your account is confirmed, you can start shopping! Simply, use our navigation bar to find and add items to your cart. 

    To checkout, go to View Cart and proceed to checkout. We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover Card, Visa Debit, and Debit MasterCard for online payment. 

    You will receive email notifications regarding your order once it has been submitted. 

  3. How do I track orders once they're shipped?

  4. You can track all orders through Canada Post's website

  5. Which currency are your prices in? 

  6. All products are listed in Canadian Dollars by default. 

  7. How do I use promo codes? 

  8. On the View Cart page, click “Apply Coupon” to open the text box for promo codes. Copy and paste your promo code into this box and click “Apply”. 

    If your promo code is valid for your order, it will be automatically applied. Note that free shipping is automatically applied to qualify orders, and do not require a code. 

  9. Where do you ship to? 

  10. We currently only ship to Canada. Due to the various international cosmetic regulations, we cannot ship internationally at this moment. 

    However, this is something we are actively pursuing. We hope to be able to ship to your region soon. 

  11. What are my shipping options? 

  12. We currently ship with Canada Post for all orders. We have no active partnerships with other couriers. 

  13. How do I get Free Shipping on my order? 

  14. Free Shipping is offered to all purchases $60 or more, before taxes and after promotions and discounts. Free Shipping is automatically applied at checkout, but you are free to select upgraded shipping at extra cost. 

  15. How long does it take to process my order? 

  16. Orders are processed in chronically order from when they are received. Typically, orders are processed within 3-5 business days. You will receive an automated email once your order has been shipped. 

    During busy seasons, we may need a few extra days to process orders. We will announce changes to our processing times on our website, as well as in our automated ordering emails. 

  17. How do I get free samples? 

  18. We automatically include one free, random sample with every eligible purchase of $20 CAD or more before taxes and after discounts, so just fill up your cart, and check for your free gift when your package arrives! 

    Please note that samples are subject to availability and are selected at random. No code or special instructions are required.

  19. How do I find out about special events and promotions? 

  20. Sign up for our newsletter! Not only do you get first access to special promos from time to time as well as new product releases, we also reward new sign ups with a special promo discount code for their next purchase.

  21. I have an event coming up, do you do custom orders for gifts?

  22. Thank you for thinking of us! We do. Each custom order is personalized for each client, and we work directly with you to create beautiful products that suit your needs. 

    We’ve created custom products for events such as weddings, bridal showers, bachelor parties, baby showers, birthdays, and more. Our clients include realtors, graphic designers, marketing agencies, cafés, and other businesses that are looking leave a strong impression on their customers with a thoughtful, useful gift, which is also environmentally-friendly.

  25. Where are you located? Can I visit your production warehouse?

  26. We are headquartered in the beautiful Vancouver, British Columbia in Canada. Unfortunately, we are not open to the public due to sanitary concerns regarding manufacturing cosmetics.
