1. What forms of payment do you accept?

  2. We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover Card, Visa Debit, Debit Mastercards, and INTERAC e-Transfer. 

  3. How are credit card payments processed? 

  4. When you submit an order, a preauthorized transaction is put on your card. This means that funds for the order has been put on hold until the transaction is complete. A transaction is complete when your order is shipped, which is also when payment is processed. 

    Please make sure that your billing information is correct and up-to-date when submitting your order to avoid delays in payment processing.

  5. How are INTERAC e-Transfer payments processed? 

  6. Once your order has been submitted, you have two (2) business days to transfer funds to us at: [email protected]. Although you will receive email notifications, funds are processed and encrypted by financial institution(s) and INTERAC. Once the deposit has been received on our end, we will start to processing your order. 

    If payment is not received within two (2) business days, your order will be cancelled. 

  7. How is my payment information protected?

  8. For credit card transactions, we utilize a 3rd-party payment processor for all transactions on our website. Our payment processor is PCI Level 1-complaint, and utilizes an end-to-end encryption to protect all sensitive data. In addition, we do not store any payment card information on any of our servers. 

    For INTERAC e-Transfers, financial institution(s) processing the funds, as well as INTERAC, manage the encryption and authorization of funds being transferred. 

  9. Do you accept store credit and/or gift cards? 

  10. We currently do not offer store credit or gift cards, so neither of these methods of payment are accepted at this time.

  11. Do you accept cheques or money orders? 

  12. We do not accept personal cheques or money orders for payment of online orders. 

  13. What is your policy against fraudulent transactions? 

  14. We reserve the right to review and refuse any orders, transactions, sales, or shipment of orders that may be suspected of fraudulent, unauthorized, and/or illegal activity, or if it violates any of our policies. If such is the case, our Customer Service team may contact you to confirm your order. 

    We also reserve the right to cancel any accounts or refuse to ship to certain addresses due to suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity. We take these measures to protect our customers as well as ourselves from fraud or other unauthorized or illegal activity.
