    Shipping fees and taxes are also non-refundable. 

  3. My products arrived damaged, what should I do?

  4. We take time to package each order with the utmost care, providing sufficient void fill and cushioning for its journey from us to you. However, we understand that accidents happen, and products may arrive damaged. 

    In this case, please send us a message with photos of the damaged products and packaging, as well as any other details you’d like to provide to us, along with your order #. We will do our best to make it right for you.

  5. My product melted due to the warm weather, what can I do? 

  6. Although our products have been formulated to withstand hot, Canadian summers, we understand that not all circumstances can be accounted for. Therefore, if your solid product has melted due to heat or other factors, we suggest to place your product in the freezer or refrigerator for 20-30 minutes to firm up before use again.
