All orders are shipped through Canada Post. Canada Post has the following parcel shipping options: Regular Parcel™, Expedited Parcel™, Xpresspost™, and Priority™.
Regular Parcel™ shipping is FREE for orders totalling $60 or more, before taxes and after promotions and discounts. If we are able to ship your order at the same cost but at a quicker speed, we may upgrade your shipping without notice and at no cost to you.
You may also manually choose quicker shipping options at extra cost. Upgraded shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order. These rates come directly from Canada Post and are based on the weight and dimensions of products ordered.

All orders are shipped out of Vancouver, BC, Canada.
Orders are processed in chronological order from when they are received. Typically, orders are processed within 3-5 business days. You will receive an automated email once your order has been shipped.
Since our team is small, during busy seasons, we may need a few extra days to process orders. We will announce changes to our processing times on our website, as well as in our automated ordering emails.
We currently only ship to Canadian addresses. Due to the laws and regulations on cosmetics in different countries, we cannot sell to international customers at the moment.
